Super friendly staff helped me a ton. Room was clean and spacious with comfy bed, flat-screen TV, tea/coffee maker, and nice toiletries. Loved the daily bottles of water. Amazing runway views too! Quick check in and out. Great fitness center. Ideal spot for Terminal 3. Mark at reception was super helpful!

Special and clean hotel with absolutely courteous and well experienced staff who provided excellent recommendations and service. Beautifully maintained and good modern room and a comfy bed. Extensive breakfast with how the designer bath felt like and very good coffee, as example - well worth the money. Easy 5 minutes' ride to and from airport.

The hotel was luxurious, the breakfast was warm and delicious, and the location in the Market Garden restaurant was amazing. The room was a decent size with a lounge and writing desk, and the wake-up service and room service were convenient.

The staff from start to finish were efficient. I stayed in bright, attractive room with excellent facilities, twin beds, as for instance.

I thoroughly enjoyed the English breakfast, it was plentiful with cheeses and omelettes. The location was marvellous and magnificent, so close to the local London buses, the airport and Terminal 2 at Heathrow Airport. Had brunch in the Bijou Bar, located nearby.

The breakfast was very good and tasty especially fresh bread, fruit and cheese they served were reasonably priced. I was given a fantastic room with coffee and runway view.

This place is an upscale hotel that is fairly clean and has a marvellous location near Heathrow, offering contemporary and functional rooms with large, very comfortable beds and nice tubs.

Very good equipment, friendly and competent staff, excellent sound insulation, no aircraft noise despite proximity to Heathrow, free public transport (bus) to Terminal 5.

The hotel has a comfortable atmosphere, fantastic rooms with clean comfortable beds, and a marvelous location adjacent to Terminal 2 at Heathrow. the wake-up service and room service are perfect amenities to enjoy during your stay at Renaissance London Heathrow Hotel.

Good location if you want to get to the airport fast! Despite take-off and landing of the airplanes directly in front of the window NO outside noises - super! Small but nice rooms, good breakfast and good fitness room.

Lobby and breakfast or restaurant are a bit too cold.

The Executive Suite was very comfortable and well equipped. In the Executive Lounge there were always drinks and a good continental breakfast. Furthermore there were canapés between 17 and 19 o'clock in the evening and bread and cheese until 21 o'clock.

Unfortunately, there was not a single European socket in the room and the distribution and assignment of the light switches was very difficult to get used to. In addition, it would be desirable if there were sockets on both sides of the bed.

The hotel is bright and absolutely spotless. The location is wonderful, providing everything you would want to wind down before a long flight. The staff is extremely friendly. They offer a warm and plentiful breakfast with excellent food. The rooms are reasonably large and reasonably priced, with amenities like a tub and milk provided.
